Community Ventures have extensive experience of assessing developmental needs. Through the use of proven in depth diagnostic reviews we assess the organisation and draw up optimum action plans for strategic, systematic and operational development which meet client organisational priorities and then deliver support tailored to exactly meet these needs through our multi-disciplined team to help achieve measured change. This typically involves supporting leadership development working with senior executives, board members and staff.
We have helped many clients to assess and develop their approach to organisational management of staff, resources and delivery. We specialise in the development of tailored quality assurance systems, trading, HR management, financial management, marketing and communications. We help clients to raise their sights and methods of working to meet current and future needs including supporting the “re-wiring” of services, assessment of resources and optimising their use.
We have a successful track record in assisting clients to secure funds for investment including grants. We specialise in helping clients in achieving tender and contract readiness and have a very high success rate where we have supported tender submissions for public sector contracts throughout the North East of England and beyond.
CVL has also secured public sector contracts worth over £15 million for our own trading subsidiaries securing ongoing employment in them for over 50 people.

As a registered charity and social enterprise we aim to support social impact and do not seek to engage with clients unless we feel we can influence positive change. We always strive to deliver support which meets the exacting needs of the client but also seek to identify other opportunities for support and added value where possible on a pro-bono basis which assist us in meeting our social impact objectives.
